Presentation guidelines
Selected Oral Presentations
All the Invited Speakers and the Selected Abstract Oral presenters are kindly asked to prepare Powerpoint slide presentations and hand them to the staff on site on a USB key as .pptx files with a 16:9 aspect ratio. Please download here a powerpoint template.
Please be so kind as to upload the presentation well ahead of the starting of your session. Personal devices will not be connected.
Sharing in advance your presentation will be highly appreciated, however we recommend saving a backup file on a cloud drive in order to retrieve it in case of need.
By June 25 you can email your presentation to esri@symposiacongressi.com to have your file checked and uploaded to the local computer.
Poster Presentations
POSTER SPECIFICATIONS
The maximum acceptable size for a poster is 70×100 cm and should be in portrait format (vertical orientation).
Please download here a powerpoint template.
Please add the poster code in the upper right corner and use a clear typeface, as the poster should be readable from a distance of 1-2 meters.
All presenting authors are kindly invited to hang up their posters in the morning of the assigned Poster Session’s day and remove them at the end of the day.
We recommend the presenting authors be standing close to their poster during the poster sessions.
PRINTING SERVICE ON SITE (Available until June 25)
Posters can be printed prior to the conference, however a printing service is available on site. You can upload the image of the poster, have it printed (€ 14,00 per poster) and delivered to the congress venue by our staff. Use the following link of the local printer website.

IMPORTANT:
- Files in pdf, jpg or png format are accepted.
- Payment can be made directly on the website
- Select the option ‘collect in store’ (Ritiro in negozio) in order to avoid unnecessary shipping costs
- In order to have your poster duly delivered, please be so kind as to name the image file you upload as: ESRI2025 – Poster code – Last name of the presenting Author, for example: ESRI2025 – PP45 – Smith.jpg

ESRI Conference Organisation will not be held responsible for delays or mismatch of prints that are not submitted with the correct size (70×100 cm) or beyond the fixed deadline (25 June, 2025).
